Thrum Waitlist Privacy Policy
Thrum is run by LM P&C Pty Ltd as trustee for The Londyn May Holding Trust ("we", "us"). We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your email address, and your first name if you give it.
- Your referral code, and the code of whoever invited you.
- How you found us (for example, which campaign or link).
- To stop spam, a scrambled, short-lived version of your IP address. We don't store your actual IP address.
Why
- To keep your place on the waitlist and send you your invite.
- To send you Thrum updates, if you agree. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To run referrals and to spot fake or automated sign-ups.
- To understand which campaigns work.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run the site and send emails, including Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (email). They may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what they need to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the waitlist and launch. The scrambled IP is deleted automatically after a short time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe at any time. Email hello@getthrum.app.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, email hello@getthrum.app and we'll respond. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy, and we'll post the latest version on this page. When the Thrum app launches, it will have its own privacy policy.
