Thrum Waitlist Terms

These terms apply when you join the Thrum waitlist at getthrum.app. The site is run by LM P&C Pty Ltd as trustee for The Londyn May Holding Trust ("we", "us").

1. Joining. Joining is free and doesn't guarantee access, a launch date or any feature. We may change or end the waitlist at any time.
2. Your details. Please give a real email address that you control. One sign-up per person.
3. Referrals. You can share your referral link with friends who might want Thrum. Don't spam, buy sign-ups or use bots or fake accounts. We may remove sign-ups or referrals that look fake. Any perks for referrals will be explained when offered, and we can change or stop them.
4. Fair use. Don't misuse the site, try to break it or scrape it.
5. Our content. The Thrum name, logo, Greg and the site content belong to us. Please don't copy them.
6. Liability. The site is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss from using the waitlist.
7. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
8. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
